ENERG – SERVICE a.s., as one of the major suppliers of electro-energy and telecommunications constructions and service activities for Energy sector will be continuously improving existing integrated system of the safe and reliable operation of the work and protecting the h ealth of its workers operating in a safe working environment and is aware of the possible negative impacts of their activities on the environment. Therefore, E-S announces this policy of integrated management system of quality, health and safety at work and environmental protection:

Open access
The organization will allow access of the public and interested parties to all information on the quality system implemented, on safe and reliable operation of the work and health of workers at work in a the safe working environment, environmental aspects, impacts on environment and profile organizations. It will also promote the exchange of information and open dialogue with employees, suppliers, customers, together with governments and interest groups.

Legislation
The management of the organization is committed to fulfil the requirements of applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards of quality, health and safety
at work and the protection of the environment and other requirements, which are subject to the organization. The company will comply with mandatory limits
on emissions given by environmental laws and seek to minimize them.

Feedstock
The company pledges to use the efficiency and effectiveness evaluations of its providers and to monitor the customer satisfaction, analyze the comments and
to propose measures to combat the causes of objections, to gradually reduce energy consumption and raw materials in accordance with the scientific and
technical knowledge, to ensure their environment friendly transport, proper storage, processing and disposal of the packaging by recycling.
To use new technologies, environmentally friendly materials, products and services. Preferably take raw materials and semi-finished products from suppliers
who have introduced or have already established a system of quality and safety such as EMS and BOZP.

Production technology
The organization is committed to ensure proper maintenance of the machinery and to use environmentally sound technologies. To ensure the operation of
machinery with minimizing the burden on the environment in particular.

Responsibility
The management is committed to fulfil the policy set out and to determine and regularly review the objectives and targets and to meet declared programs.

Health and safety
The organization is committed to use only materials and products that are safe for their intended use . To take care of staff health policies and to protect the
external entities related to the environment in which the organization carries out its duties.

The training of the staff
The company is committed to educate, train and motivate employees at all management processes, to make them aware of the implications of their work
on the safety and the environment. To organize the transfer of experience gained from the quality policies, safety and of health and environmental protection between companies, suppliers and cooperating companies.

The principle of prevention and continuous improvement
Management is committed to continuously improving its policy of integrated quality management system, safety and EMS, objectives, programs and its
environmental performance in line with the level of technical knowledge in order to improve the working environment in terms of safety, pollution
prevention and prevention of the irreversible environmental damage.
