ENERG – SERVICE a.s., offers a comprehensive supply of construction activities, in particular in this assortment:

Emphasis is placed on the excellent technical preparation of production, high parameters of quality and safety of undertaken operations.

Qualified and experienced electricians carry the tradition of construction-assembly activity in the construction of electricity transmission system in the Czech
Republic. They can simultaneously use modern working practices and technologies as well as perform flawlessly under stress situations, which
minimize the period of interruption of electricity supply to customers.
Long-term experience of our construction groups constitute an important feedback for managing of the engineering and production processes of our
engineers, designers and technicians.

Production capacity of our company, if necessary, may be deployed rapidly for speedy liquidation of disater damage on energy supply grids and fault conditions
in distribution systems in the area of Czech Republic.

HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRIC SYSTEM DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

Our company offers a comprehensive supply and design of engineering-technical work:

• elaboration of studies, technical proposals for networks and transformer
  stations
• the processing of documentation for land management
• processing of the project documentation of high a low voltage network
  systems for the need of building management, including securing building
  permits
• implementation of copyright and technical supervision
• consultation and advisory activities in the electro-energy sector
• the design and realization of solar power plants

The design of HV and LV systems is a major technical process in a work contens of ou company.

Team of experienced designers with years of experience in this field is equipped with the latest measurement, video and computer technology. The
implementation of the work is devided between two centers strategicaly located in the two companys’ centers.

Project design work is in the companys’ Integrated Management System guaranteed under the supervision of an authorized person with the power
under Act. No. 360/92 Coll. and is constantly adapted to customer needs and requirements.

GIS

We offer a comprehensive documentation of HV and LV energy systems. We p rovide documentation, not only of existing energy systems, but also for
newly built facilities in different voltage levels.

Documentation consists of the following:

• collecting of technical datas in the field
• localisation and the subsequent geodetic survey of the grid
• graphic processing of documents,
• completion of the database and descriptive datas of the devices
• processing of a unipolar operating schedule,
• creation of grid’s breakaway points details – transformer stations and
  the breakaway boxes
• connecting of electricity subscribers to the system documentation.

We have a stable team of GIS technicians who have an adequate qualifications and years long experience in graphic and database systems MicroStation and
LIDS , including detailed knowledge of the assets in the hands of energy companies. The company owns sufficient hardware and software equipment
and creates appropriate conditions for further development in this area.

ENGINEERING

We offer comprehensive engineering-investment activities in capital construction
of electrical systems related to the supply of “turnkey systems” and their repair
or maintenance.
Furthermore, a comprehensive menu of inspection activities on
the selected technical facilities, namely:

• check on and testing of electrical equipment

METAL GOODS PRODUCTION

- production of specialized accessories to assembly vehicles and machines
- production of pylons and steel constructions
- production of electric switchboards and transformer stations

During the existence of our company we have often had to deal with unexpectedor challenging demands of our clients. At the beginning, it was custom-made modifications of assembly vehicles, which in most cases went beyond the capacities of usual producers of accessories e.g. for off-road or freight vehicles.
Our clients’ equipment we take care of is most often applied in conditions under which it is not possible to rely on an average quality.

It was the quality of our processing and production of various steel articles that ensured us a supply of orders even for much more complex devices.

Our technicians and specially trained workers are ready to produce steel constructions and devices that are used predominantly in electrical engineering.
Beside the already mentioned special modifications of vehicles, we focus on the production of steel constructions, pylons, electric switchboards and transformer station frames. Individual consultations with clients and harmonization of technical possibilities with specific requirements are taken for granted.
